What should be done to honor founder of the rangers, COL (BG) Darby?

SGM (Join to see) SGM, Like so many of our heros, COL Darby lives on with anyone who knows the story, has read the book or seen the movie.
As I was reading the book in 1963, I mentioned it to a co-worker. Ray -----, he asked who wrote the book? When I replied, James Alteri, Ray exclaimed, 'Jimmy' ! Ray had been an original Ranger thru Africa to Cisterna where he 'almost got away'. In truth Ray awakened on a train going to Germany after being hit by machine gun fire as he was almost into a huge drainage ditch.
