Can I use an umbrella on base while in civilian clothes?

I’m planning to use it when it’s sunny. It’s very hot in Fort Jackson. I don’t have a car to use to go to the PX.

As the 1SG said it is as useable to check base policy. Generally if you are in civilian clothes no-one cares. You might get some strange looks, but a bike and where a hat and sunglasses.

Where in the regs does it says you can't use an umbrella in civilians? Does this umbrella have a naked person on it? or a racist slur?
