Time is irrelevant - results are what drive trust. Prove your worth to them and they will trust you soon enough. Make sure you are squared away, always on time, right uni and do your job as expected; to include pass all PT standards. Make sure you are smart enough to know what you don't know and ask questions to show you trust them enough to guide you the right direction.

You're the FNG. You have to earn their trust. There is no set time table for when this will happen. Just do your job to the best of your abilities. Bust your hump in all aspects. And the trust will magically arrive.

There isn't a minimum time in grade when it comes to trust and/or reliability.

Work hard , apply yourself and it will buff itself out. Don't try to out think the issue or that a mathematical equation will solve it. Once you have demonstrated that you are dependable on a regular basis people will notice. Approximately 45 days doesn't make you an old Salt that will be welcomed with open arms so check that expectation at the door.
