Was curious i have a weighted vest i use for my runs sometimes, i was wondering am i allowed to wear it during work hrs as part of a trainup im doing for myself?

I would very much, strongly advise against wearing a weighted vest for extended periods of time. It will cause you more physical damage in the long run than it helps.
