Are there any rules or guidelines about what I can or cannot post?

I have a situation with my leadership that I feel like I am being singled out for a specific event I caused or brought forward, and I am trying to figure out if this is the correct place to get advice on the situation. It's a decently long post. Are my posts anonymous or do they show my profile? Is something like this going to be an issue if I do post it?
