How do you sync ASIP/Sincgars with Motorola radios with 20 + channels?

I have a training event coming up and will not have enough ASIP radios to go around, so are there any Commo Geeks out there who can help me out?

Totally different Freq band, Convoy would have to relay, Place vehicle in Convoy between those that have radios. if there is simulated contact. use other sources of Signal. Contact left, left blinker, Contact right Right blinker. Etc. its old school, but works if needed.

Have one operator communicate and conduct relay with both radios. One individual will control non mil and mil band. This will allow a relay station to operate.
