I was active duty for 4 years as a 12 k plumber then I got out and join the reserve for 2 years now am back on active duty reclass as a 91p is it possible to change back to my previous mos and if it is possible what's the procedure?

Not at the moment. 12Ks are over strength. Check the In/Out calls periodically. As to the process get with S1 and or Career Counselor. do required 4187 and provide your AIT cert. and what ever else.
