I'm new on here and am a recruiter for Inova Health System in Northern Virginia. I have already interacted with multiple military spouses and an active duty military member duruing my short time with Inova. I would like to continue supporting in the best way possible. What are some things I should know or learn?

Post job openings and ask us to pass them along. If you have professional development workshops, reach out and make some seats available to them.

Thank you for your willingness to share. At Inova we hold a Virtual Open House every Wednesday to answer RN's questions about our openings and help them find a good match. You can share this link for people to register at any time. https://app.brazenconnect.com/a/innova/s/XVnkX/next I'll continue sharing our events or openings on here in the future.
Save your spot to chat with our team at this online event. Each text based chat lasts around 10 mins and you can join from your desktop or smartphone at anytime during the event. Sign up today!

Contact your local Veterans Administration Hospital and volunteer as a professional liaison for transitioning Active Duty/ Retiring members.

Thank you for the suggestion, Sheila. I will look into volunteer opportunities to get a better insight.
