What courses would someone take to max out the residential area in our PPW?

In 2019how did any max their residential courses? I have looked over the residential course yes/no list and many of those classes does not relate to my mos. Due to the points changing classes that use to count does not. My question is what courses someone took to max out the residential area in our ppw?
