Can someone use their VA loan for Divvy Leasing/Rent to Own? Will that help build up my credit score?

Do anyone know about Divvy Leasing /Rent to owe; and if so can you use Va loan to do it? Second question Say i decided to go Divvy Leasing route do they help build my credit score up?
Third question Divvy has a 2% interest well as FHA has 10% just like all the other loans do. Can I use the Va Loan on A Divvy/ rent to own home?
