oh i have several:
3 doors down love me when im gone reminds me of my plane ride home when returning from the IRAQ war in 2003
P Diddy we aint goin nowhere reminds me of my time in GUAM in 2001, Operation Noble Eagle, during the Afghanistan war working 12 on 12 off with no off days and no idea of when we would be returing
Creed with arms wide open reminds me of 29 palms in 2000. livin in the dirt of Camp Wilson that was the first time i heard of them. and heard that song all day everyday.
the song Boat Boo reminds me off my 2012 OEF cruise aboard the USS Enterprise
Gretchen Wilson redneck woman reminds me of my Det to Alaska in 2004 where i rode in a SUV with a bunch of country boys for 12 hours going from Fairbanks , Alaska to Anchorage, Alaska. they would only play country music the whole ride and i heard this song at least 20 times on the radio. the upside was by the end of the ride i liked and still like country music,
