How do I watch all the sports and regular American TV shows while in Germany?

AFN broadcasts a lot of PPV and sports events for free OCONUS. You can also buy subscriptions to add onto Prime or to play through your computer and broadcast onto your TV.

In 2011 we had to pay like $5 a month for a quality VPN (I used Hide My Ass) to make it seem as though we were in the US. Now with all of the streaming services available globally, you shouldn't have an issue. I was in Turkey in 2017 and Hulu/Netflix and Prime worked fine without one. AFN is decent but your only going to watch Patriot and Cowboy games...

I've been in Europe many summers to referee soccer tournaments. Two things you can do. One is using your HULU, ESPN+, and others along with a DNS spoofing App so these outfits think you're in the US. I found an easier way to watch on big screen is a Sling Box ties to a DVR at home. I set it to record whatever I want due to the time difference. Mostly I'd just watch stuff a day later. There is no issue with DNS as you're just tapping into your home. Make sure you pay attention to getting your sleep as watching on US schedule won't work for your body.
