Another humble warrior and hero, very inspirational man. It is great to see communities recognizing and learning what it means to be a Medal of Honor recipient and that they are humble and want all of us to never forget our fallen who paid the ultimate price. Salutes and respect SSG Pitts and RIP fallen warriors. We will never forget.

We have mischacterized the word Hero to a point it has little meaning. Periodically, their stories should be highlighted, to reflect what real heroism consists of. Let’s start with my personal favorite, Audie Murphy.

Its good to see these Hero's recognized for their bravery and service to our nation. The respect and pride from their hometown I'm sure must mean a lot to this soldier.
