Cmdr Bill Krissoff joined the military at age 60 inspired by his son's death in combat in Afghanistan. Granted, he had some extraordinary skills to offer. I wish I had some. It's hard watching us feed so many fine young people into the voracious maw of war while we can only sit back and pray. Not that prayer isn't a good thing, but it's scant satisfaction when there are so many bad guys that need killing.
