Hey there everyone,
So I've taken the physical already and got the waiver I needed to re-join the army this time going AD instead of reserves. My question is what job offers can I expect to potentially see? My rank was E-3 and my active duty time was under 48 months. I've read through the B rules a few times and the part that i'm trying to fully grasp is as follows.
. Applicants in the grade of E-4 and below with 48 months or less active duty are not restricted to the HRC business rules to serve in a targeted MOS as identified by the ROC. Applicants in the grade of E-4 and below with more than 48 months active duty are restricted to the HRC business rules, therefore required to meet all other PS parameters outlined in para 7 of this message.
Does that mean I will be eligible for anything? My previous MOS was 74D. Will I still only get 1 or 2 jobs offered being prior service?
Just mentally trying to prepare myself for what to expect. Thanks for any help.

No one here can answer that question for you as the needs of the Army change and the only ones that do know it are at MEPS. Your rank and TIS are irrelevant as to what jobs you might see. A lot of that is going to depend on your ASVAB scores and what the Army has a need for at the time you reach MEPS.

RCP is one of the most relevant things to consider. Bro, you’re just out here spreading opinions. Read AR 601-210.

SFC (Join to see) - Do you not read ANYTHING of what people post? I said it RCP was not relevant to what jobs you might see. Again, take your wounded ego out of the equation, STOP. READ the entirety of a post. STOP. Let that sink. Then form a coherent, cogent response and then when you think you have it, let someone double check you. Then post.
It is people like you that don't read and don't listen and then jump in, that give all other recruiters a bad reputation.

You’re going to need a RCP waiver as the RCP for PFC is 5 years. Your recruiter will need to submit for the waiver prior to you going to MEPS.

I see you are pretty knowledgeable on here. I’m trying to get clarification on AR 601-210, enlistment program 9B , ACASP, option 19, Army Station of Choice. To my understanding it applies to ACASP personnel and should be doable. 68W mos for my wife ( NPS) SFC (Join to see)
