I pushed THE button, is there any input to help ensure I stay on track over the next 363 days?

Effective date will be 1 March 2016. With projected terminal leave and PTDY, I am looking at the distinct possibility of being out of uniform on/around 10 Dec 15. I know there are LOTS of timelines that I will have to juggle once this is approved.... is there any good advice for managing these different timelines with different suspense dates?
