Honorable discharge, RE code 3, reason fail to progress. 2 tours, had 5 years in combatives 3, CLS, etc etc No bad conduct or any Of that. Long story short has just got back From 2nd tour, a few months back my lil Bro passed away in Afghan (Marine) at this time I had been put on hold for wlc 3 times. I was getting sent supposibly the month I got the news of my brother and basically was given the option wlc or get chaptered. So I stood My ground lol 30 days later I was out. Again no bad conduct no failed PT test. Went From superstar to a new unit and out in 4 months. Since then I went to college and been working at the county... But I miss it like crazy I never planned on leaving just a lot Of bad things happened and had no support neither did I fight it but yeah what you guys think dp I have a good shot?.

May you possibly message me? My husband desperately wants to serve it is his passion! But he’s going through the whole process of being waived and I would love to present him with this!

Sorry for your loss. Your chances are based on what the demand is. If recruiting quotas are high, the waiver is possible. If they are low, and the available pool of available new candidates is plentiful your chances greatly decrease. See a recruiter, tell them your story. Thank you for your service.

Thank you CSM, I will be contacting someone soon. I was looking over the sep paperwork and all they out in the memo was "SGT Morales lost his brother in Afghanistan and has been going under undestandible stress and cannot attend WLC in current mental estatus" then reason reads unsat performance with faliour to progresa" but absolutly no negativa or bad conduct. Good NCOER good councelings etc. It makes no sence how they got me out.

Shouldn’t have any issues, just check with a recruiter and see what the Army needs. As a prior service is all about USAREC’s Business Rules.
