Just seeing if anyone has any insight on this.......
There is a SFC filling a Battalion Maintenance Tech position deployed. He is attached to Company HHC, but still assigned to his original support company. Being as though he is still currently filling an MTOE position of Maintenance Control Sergeant for his assigned UIC in the rear is there a way an MTOE slot for BMT can be created for the FWD UIC, which doesn't have one, that he is attached to? The position that he holds FWD is held by Maintenance Warrant Officers, but the one MTOE position in the Battalion is already filled for the maintenance tech in the rear.
Any insight would be appreciated
