Has anyone ever request relief under the SCRA (Servicemember Civil Relief Act)?

I am the Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the FDIC on the SCRA. Just trying to get an idea of how useful this law has been and any potential stories of individuals who have had success or not requesting relief under this Act.

Navy Federal Credit Union for example will hold you to the 6% apr
When you could go elsewhere even w/o scra protection and do better. Also NFCU drops you, the day, your orders end, shooting your apr way up.
