How long does HRC take for compassionate reassignment once it's been accepted?

What is the timeline for compassionate reassignment? My packet was accepted by HRC a little over a week ago. They said I should have my orders within 24 hours but still nothing, when I check my ASK under compassionate, it still says pending. How long does it usually take for HRC to get the ball rolling once they accept it? We unfortunately are delaying our daughters treatment due to this long wait process. It's been a 3 month wait so far
