Would I get a 2808 form after completing the PHA? Am I allowed to make a copy of this form for my personal records? I’m doing my first PHA next drill.

You don't get a 2808 form for a PHA. 2808 is filled out for soldiers who are planning to attend a school, aviation that is renewing their physicals for flight, etc. Your PHA will be found in your medical Readiness in the Army portal. The website I've added will show how you can get your form when everything is done

PHA is an abbreviation for physical health assessment. It is a form that needs to be completed by a service member for his medical checkup.

A 2808 is part of a physical, so you don't get one. You can print out your PHA if you like, it's also retained on your record as well.
