What is life like as an FA26B outside of a ESB?

I am trying to decide if I should stay a 25A or switch to FA26B. I’m looking to talk to a 26B and see what their job duties entail as well as their job satisfaction is like. I would like to talk to those that are currently outside of an ESB or TTSB.
