In AIT, about 3 months out till grad of a long program...just saw my PROJ on ERB states I am going to Ft Leonard Wood...what are the chances I actually get orders for here and how accurate is the PROJ usually?

When you see it when your projected lines, it means that you are already on assignment.

SFC, so is that a definite 100% it wont change or theres still the possibility? (Being in the Guard I didnt really deal with ERBs)

SGT (Join to see) it could change, but there's no reason for it to change. You are 100% on assignment to the location on your projection once there's an assignment there.

PFC William you’re already assigned there but only need a date for you PCs .

SGT (Join to see) Projections are usually pretty accurate, if you stay the course, e.g. don't get in trouble. However, there is always a chance that it may change by the time you graduate. I suggest you look at the ERB closer to your graduation.
