I'm looking to join the army under the street to seat program. I was wondering what the actual chances of being accepted into the program are?

I was picked up in the May 2019 board. It was a 33% selection rate. It has stayed around that number and on up to around 50% in the past year. If you have questions feel free to message me.

The Army's pilot requirements increase and decrease with world events, readiness concerns, unit structure changes, etc. There have been periods in history when only the highest percentage of qualified applicants were selected for Warrant Officer flight training. This is not one of those periods. If you achieve a qualifying score on the aptitude test, meet the physical requirements and complete all required elements of the application process, you are much more likely to be selected now than ever before.

Well, not ever before. Late 60's early 70's all you needed was blood that circulated.

They even took me in the 80's so it must have been bad then too, but this current situation is way worse. I'm eligible for voluntary recall. Yikes!
