Its in the supply room, on the same shelf with the light bulb repair kits. Right above the chemlite batteries. Seriously, how could you miss those?

As a CO, had a new Soldier get told to go get something like this and when he realized his chain was being yanked, took it on himself to spend the rest of the day 'looking' for it across post! Of course his NCO was upset, but at the end of the day, I really admired his creativity.
