How hard would it be for me to transfer from National Guard to Active duty?

I have been enlisted since October 2018 as a 92Y(Supply) and attending the RSP drills for the TN National Guard. I will be leaving in July but since I have been going to these drills I have been desiring to go Active. I love the Army and being at drill makes me love it more. I have learned so much about Basic and the Army that I could do it everyday. The plan was to attend college and ROTC but I’ve been thinking about not going and getting my bachelors and masters online instead. I’ve become very agitated when drill is over and I have to wait till next month for the next drill. I hear a lot of negatives about doing it that way, but it’s not impossible right? How hard would it be for me to transfer from National Guard to Active duty?

First thing is first talk to your COC. Second would be find a recruiter and get a DD 368, then send it up your COC. Your first GO needs to sign it. It will be a long waiting game and seeing how fresh on a contract you are chances aren't that great the state will want to release you but make your Letter that goes with the 368 sound great. If it is approved then head back to the recruiter and start the process. It took 8 months for mine to get signed off on so best of luck.

Look into ADOS or TOD. It’s better than active duty in my opinion. From what my friend tells me you are on active duty orders for up to 3 years. However if something happens in your life , say 18 months down the road you could submit a request to go back to NG or Reserves.
But going to active duty if something happened, you’re just stuck active duty for a bit
