For the waiver? Does a waiver authority have to be there?

PFC Marcus Crozier - No. The waiver authority is just the person that signs off on whether your waiver is granted or not. All that needs to be present is 4 people. One to grade, 2 to time (primary and back up timer) and one to be the OIC or NCOIC.
