When an employer says they’re “military friendly”, what does that mean to you?

I work for Union Pacific Railroad and I think UPRR has a grat attitude about hiring those of use who have served/serving in any of the branches of our military. This company has received recognition and awards for being military friendly. We have created an employee resource group specifically designed for the military that offer in kind discussions and mentoring to those who seek another career.
