I signed my contract as 92a , army reserve and assigned a unit near my home. After that unit was deactivated and I have been assigned to new unit near my home. This is all happened before BCT. When I was in my AIT (92a) last week, I checked HRC portal and see lot of errors on my record. My rank changed from spc to pfc (authorized grade) , my mos changed from 92a to 92g (position title) and my unit changed to different state which is very far away from my home. Also under assignment >duty position Qual mentioned “not qualified- assistance in training” . This was all changed while I was in AIT , before BCT evertging was correct. So my question is how can I correct all this records and change unit near my home ? Also when I signed the contract I was offered the bonus so will I get the bonus now ? I checked my ERB record it has only detail about my BCT location ?
I graduated as 92A now.
Appreciate your help on this

Sounds like you need to get a hold of an S1 and fast. I would mention it to your unit S1, but this may require you going a echelon or so up. Again, I would start with your unit S1, but have all your paperwork in hand and prepared to go to the next higher, because unit S1's can be so Iffy. So initial contract, BCT and AIT grad certs, ERB and LES's just because. Grab a senior Non-Com from your unit, explain the details and have him walk you into the shop

Which unit S1? The unit which I drill before BCT want me to talk with the new unit because I am now not in their system and new unit ( out of state) want me to first in process with their unit and then find a new unit near by home. They want me to talk with the UA to first in process. UA is not responding my emails or calls since few days.

Very confusing with the way you are phrasing it. Whatever unit you are assigned at now is who you need to talk to. The chances of a deactivated unit or someone from BCT resolving your S1 issues are nearly zero. So talk to the unit you are assigned to now. And yes, finalize inprocessing so that you can be squared away
