Here's the formalized USMC version. My understanding is that the Army has not formalized it. That said, this can act as a source doc (in lieu of the Army's) until you find something more Army specific.

SFC (Join to see) - Anytime. Keep in mind that Mentor/Mentee is a fundamental leadership skill (treat it like a screwdriver). It's not Service specific. We may apply the skill a little differently but the basics are universal.

Personally, would check both the. How’d of Staff and SMAs websites! Might be surprised what they have there. Should also consider reaching up to your G3, they might have something as well!
