Are any National Guard PAs having trouble making the list on the LTC Board AMEDD?

I hope your selection is approved .. it would be an expensive mistake to let somebody with your training and expertise leave.

I gave up on promotions past 03 as a PA (I was an 03 for 10 years). Became an MD, and 5 years later made 05 without a current PT test. I feel your frustrations. But dont recommend medical school as a route to promotions. Good Luck.

It sounds like to spots are just not there. A fixed number of slots Vs personal to fill them. It seems these days it is not what you have done, But who you know. I do not know if this would help, But see about working at the M.E.P.S on the weekeds it just might help.
