Is it possible for someone to re-enlist after a Chapter 11 separation? What is the process for this?

It depends on the RE code and the separation code. If the RE code is between RE1 and RE3, you should be good but it could possibly require a waiver depending on the separation code. If it’s an RE4, you’re probably SOL.
A recruiter will be able to tell you after looking as your DD214.

Michael Johnson - you can now search for,it with the search tool on Rally Point. SGT (Join to see) created a RE code group. Use the search bar please.

LTC Jason Mackay - I can't wait until there's an option to pin a "best answer" to the top of a thread. Would be interesting how and when it would be applicable. Some questions don't have a best answer. These, however, would be that About page and contact local recruiters.

Anything is possible, just unlikely. Your separationessentially says that you were unable to adapt to the military. If you have specifics on why and are able to portray evidence of change you may have a shot. The military does not often open the door twice without good reason. Speak to a recruiter ASAP. Best of luck.

See recruiter, and be very prepared with a work history and multiple supporting statements that you no longer lack the ability to complete training, either through a lack of reasonable effort, or failure to adapt to the military environment.
