Is it possible to transfer from AD to the NG if I completed my first 4 years of ADSO, but have 3 years remaining from a branch ADSO?

I am about to complete my initial 4 year commitment on active duty from my ROTC contract, and I have a 3 year branch ADSO remaining. Is it possble to transfer to the national guard at this time, or will I have to wait 3 years to do so?
