My good news is that yesterday for the first time, I went three rounds in the ring sparring with my kickboxing coach. For me it would not have been possible to even dream this 5 years ago. So I'm pretty damn proud of myself.
I got some great punches in and some bruises of my own, but learned more about the importance of conditioning and keeping my guard up. Those three rounds seem like forever in the ring, but boy was it awesome!
