I thought I heard RUMINT that WOCC is going to implement changes to WOCS. Any truth to the rumors?

I recently graduated (Dec 2018). The course is now a 5 week course with 6 days a week of pt and academics. 4 physical events for grade and 4 academic tests for grade. If you have any more questions ask away :)

SSG Danny Barnes you will literally walk on the roads and trails to find your points. You need 3 of 4 points within a couple hours. It’s probably the easiest land nav course you will ever be on but you need to know how to plot coordinates and go to that spot. Most classes lose about 10% of the class on average (8-10 people)

Whenever in doubt, always consult the WOC SOP.
The comment on the land nav course is a bit misleading. I would definitely brush up on land nav if you haven't done it for awhile. Dead reckoning really doesn't work; you will have to rely mostly on terrain association. Also, look out for the spiders. Good luck!

The only thing I know for certain is they’re shortening it for aviators to only 5 weeks with no phase 1
