Many threads ask how to re-enlist with a waiver with a RE Code 3. How should the RP community and admins consolidate these threads?

Literally every single day, often twice a day, people ask. The people who ask aren't going to read the thread or bother to search. They'll just ask again because no one wants to hear that only the recruiter can answer their question.

Like I said, that is true only their Recruiter/Station Commander should be able to answer that question. Just like a Retention NCO should be able to answer the question about Re-class, Re-enlisting, etc. If there are hundreds of post for the same question "How do I get a waiver for an RE-Code 3" or "How do I upgrade my RE-Code 3 to and RE-Code 1" or "How do I Re-class from X-MOS to Y-MOS" then that tells me the questions are not being answered by the source that should be answering it.
I would not go as far as saying literally they are the only ones that can answer that question. I would say they are literally the only ones that can "Start" the process of the waiver. But the regulation can answer their questions faster than the recruiter can. And since the regulation is not bound by a classification it is very easy to find it on pretty much any search engine.
The RE-Code upgrades or Separation Code information is a different entity all together so they would need to find that information as well. Recruiters know enough to stay away from RE-Code waivers. Most will not even entertain the thought of an RE-Code waiver because it can take a long time to process depending on the code. Most will not even open the regulation to see if it is possible. They will simply say "Sorry not waiver-able" or "Give me your information and I will get back to you". Unless!! they are 0 rolling and it may be something they can work fairly quickly then they will put the time in to research it until their Station Commander finds out and squashes it.

SSG (Join to see) that's not true at all. Waivers are approved all the time and the policy on how many and what waivers are being accepted changes as frequently as the Army needs people. When numbers are hurting they accept waivers. When they are fine, they accept fewer waivers. I myself was an RE3 waiver, it took me 6 months to get my waiver. Waivers are simply a matter of what policy is at that time, and how many waivers are left.
As to whether recruiters want to work with the person asking is irrelevant to the accuracy of the answer.
Many recruiters don't bother because it cannot be wavered at the time. Saying it's not worth it isn't accurate because recruiters always need numbers, so having a potential credit in your back pocket during a slow month is just good strategy.
So, the question of "How can I reenlist with an RE3?" can only be answered by the people familiar with the policy concerning RE3 waivers at that specific time.

SFC (Join to see) - Not really sure what the "Not true at all" is for but I will try to interpret it. My first response was based off providing a specific page for people who ask the same question over and over about "waivers" (RE-Codes etc.)
My second response was basically how I would not go as far as saying "literally" they are the only ones that can answer the question of a waiver because there is information that a person seeking this answer can get themselves or someone here could help them out. I know what the common answer that would be, its not my job its the recruiters job to do it.
If they have at least a 5th grade reading level and the ability to use a search engine on the internet by finding the regulation for RE-Codes for Waiver-able conditions. But that still will not an answer to their question because it will state in-eligible unless waiver is granted etc etc etc. No process times or anything like that but they at least know it can be waived Step 1.
The truth is Recruiters are the SME's on this subject, whether they do provide this information is besides the point. The point of this entire topic is that some on this forum are tired of seeing this question so they respond with "go ask your recruiter". Has anyone thought maybe they did ask their recruiter and they got the run around or not an answer? Maybe that is why the question keeps being asked. Can a "SM" find the answer? Yes. Can a CIV find this answer? Yes. Because they have a CAC card and can read a Mil-Per message and USAREC Message that is current. Could said SM read the current information and type in a response "according to the new message for RE-Code waivers it is waiver able at this time or it is not waiver-able at this time end of topic that not spilling or releasing classified information because if it was classified not for public not or whatever then the Recruiter would not be able to tell them anyway. These messages are not for public viewing but people on here can still see the message besides Recruiters and help out someone. That is what this platform is about, sticking together and helping everyone out since it is mainly for service members only.
Not saying, go and conduct spillage on current messages, directives, etc. just put a simple answer to end the topic that way the next person asking the same question can see the answer and move on. Eventually 6 month or 12 months later someone will ask again for the current information, again put the simple answer according to the current message it is or is not and move on. Building an information page for them to go to and posting a few links may help but not if they do not find the answer quickly or sending them to an article that is not very helpful, or a "Ask a Recruiter" link. Because some may have already done that and got the run around. They will come back and ask the question again and again.

That is great, thank you for your continued service. But, for someone not getting the answer from the SME and coming on here constantly asking how to ? instead of doing the typical go to this person, that person etc. just take a quick look and give an educated response to yes or no. You went through the process maybe you could give them a few pointers on what to do if they are not getting the response from the SME Recruiter. Or maybe you could just take a quick look at the Mil-Per, USAREC Message and give a quick response like "Not right now, current message does not allow it, maybe in a few month" quick, easy, done. But instead we just want to keep complaining about people asking questions, create a page that may or may not be helpful to them. Suggest a page that some people that are privy to this knowledge can update with these types of questions.
