I am just finding out that I will be acting as the Readiness NCO during our upcoming deployment. What are some ARs that I should familiarize myself with? Are there any helpful resources that are available for this role?

When you say "Readiness NCO", do you mean you will be the Readiness NCO for the rear det?
If that is the case, you need to start getting systems access now:
ATRRS
Orders
Pay
DTMS
DTS
GCSS-A
iPERMS
RCAS
the vault and alarm
The job takes six months to learn, but the rear det RNCO needs to be functional on day one.
You need to start working with your current RNCO now, and if your state is running any new AGR training workshops, you need to be in one.

Meaning - deployment packets are complete. All equipment is fully inspected, all BII and AAI are present and accounted for. That PSGs have their platoons A, B & Rucks fully packed/prepared, that vehicle gun mounts have all their screws/bolts/pins, that periscopes/ sights/ NVGs/ binos/ telescopes are present + servicable, that all soldiers have their wills written, IDs/ dogtags updated + present in their uniforms, that all personnel are qualified on their weapons/ AFRTs, + all crews are crew certified, etc, etc?
I would make a large chart and put it where each 1SG could see and update it by crew/ individual with spaces to put green/ amber/ red dry marker - old school I know but easy to read and easy to update.
Problems (RED are easy to ID), solutions in-progress (AMBER) with expected completion dates and Completed (GREEN) to commanders guidence and verified by the XO.
I once moved a 22 man Scout Section across 8 countries in Central/South America by VOCO and a 1-page typewritten flimsy.
In West Germany 4 years later, it took a 400+ page SOP to move my Cavalry Platoon from Amberg Germany 45 KMs to Graf Training Area.
Good Luck.

Make sure you have access to all of your systems. And UMR Managment will be crucial, so learn your UMR’s.
