I really wanna do some high speed shit without reclassing to a combat mos because I love my mos and I've already trained alot and learned so much
Let's say I went 160th and passed green platoon and than made it to a 160th unit would I just be basic Pog support in some FSC or BSB ...wich mos gets to be a door gunner

Here you go, the MOS list for 160th. You figure out what's "high speed" enough for you without wanting to be too high speed.
