Can they make you clear your room before your leade starts?

Me and my wife ahave been married for about a month and a half. My bah start packet got kicked back because of a mistake and is currently submitted again waiting a response, her s1 has given her the wrong form, then made Mark's they weren't suppose to and now they have rejected it again because of another error they found. Her leadership just informed us we have today to clear or barracks room. She has work at 1530 and we were informed at 1130, our move in date is Nov 15(they are tracking this dat3) we have not recieved bah, and although we do use a spare room a friend offered us in his home, it's not our official place besides a bed we bought and some clothes, all of our stuff still remains in the barracks rooms because it simply doesnt fit where we sleep. Can they do this? Is there a policy on this?
