The Soldier who chose to sue the Army for the new tattoo rules?

Has anyone heard any news of that guardsmen who was suing the U.S. Army over the new Tattoo rules because he said they ruined his career plans? Since the rules have been somewhat relaxed since they were first put into place I was wondering what his outcome was. In a way the Army was admitting that he was right.

The Soldier was grandfathered in by the Army, MAJ (Join to see), and the Army asked that his $100 million lawsuit be dropped:

The U.S. Army says a Kentucky National Guard soldier with aspirations of joining a special operations unit is grandfathered in under new regulations concerning soldiers with tattoos and asked a federal judge to dismiss his lawsuit.
