Thinking about doing SOAR and just wondering what it would be like on a day to day basis as a mechanic.

1. You don't pick them- they pick you. 2. They only take the best, cause they are the cream of the crop. They seldom take 1st termers, they want experienced folks- tho it sometimes happen
