Where can I find the Army classifieds website for swapping first duty station at fort bliss, texas. to anywhere in Colorado , Maryland, Washington, Virginia, etc or overseas. I am in my ait and my first duty station is at fort bliss, texas.

Years ago when I was enlisted it was in back pages of The Army Times. People would state “I am stationed at Ft XX, looking to move to Ft YY or ZZ”. If approved by both chains of command the soldiers could pay for their own move and swap out positions. Had to be same MOS and rank. Have not seen that in Army Times in a long time though.

Army Times carries a few- it will be tough since you have no real world time.

SGM Bill Frazer, you are right; seems like a heck of an ask for someone brand new to the Army. Let him get some backwater place like Fort Polk or Fort Irwin.
