I entered the Military as a E-1 and was wavered to E-2 at the end of Basic. A couple months after moving to my first PDS I was wavered to E-3. Am I eligible to receive another waiver from PFC to SPC or is there a total cap on amount of waivers I can receive . Any information would be appreciated.

SFC Stephen King Of course well noted. I figured with it being early in the morning and the random question I would ask on here first.

Don't rush it. Sit back and enjoy being a PFC for a while. you'll make SPC, get stuck being in charge of a bunch of knuckle-headed PVTs on crappy details and still be stuck sitting around waiting for TIS to be eligible for E5 anyway and that extra $200/month for a couple of months isn't worth the extra hassle. At least that was my experience. I left basic as an E3 (due to college credits) and made E4 BTZ 4 months later, then spent 30 months as an E4 waiting on TIS before I was eligible for E5. Because I was a "hard-charger", I got put in charge of every detail that came along.

That's an easy fix sir. Go to ranger school, come back and your unit doesn't screw you over at all haha
