3rd Battalion, 7th Marines medical contact information? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/3rd-battalion-7th-marines-medical-contact-information

While I was deployed with CLB-6, I had 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines out with us on our FOB. Their BAS section was run by a Chief Petty Officer Jacobson (I don't know his first name). HMC Jacobson and I were pretty close and he was the one who ended up filing the report on my electrocution during an HST in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, that report (on paper) was lost and it wasn't filed online; as many of you marines and sailors will know, our medical records were switched over to online from paper records within the last year, and since our SIPR and NIPR lines were down at that point at my FOB (because of demil) the docs there could not file it.
I have been to the VA and they cannot put anything down for the electrocution because it is not in my medical record, but if I track down Chief Jacobson then he would be able to do something for me in the way of reproducing that paper. Is there anyway I can get a hold of 3/7 medical to see if he is still there and if there is a way I can get in contact with him?
