What happens when you forget your cover for drill weekend and are still in the RSP program?

If you have a car it wouldn't hurt to keep a spare complete uniform in there. If you forget something, you will still have it and you'll have something to change into if something happens to your other uniform. We all do dumb things, especially when first starting out, take the ass chewing and drive on.
