Im am volunteering to recalls to 46Q, what is the likely hood that my package will be accepted? then how long until I hear back ?

You may want to call HRC directly, not sure exactly on the enlisted and NCO side but mine never emailed me either, so I called directly and was persistent without going behind people's backs
