Currently, I just wear my Patrol Cap during school, but I would think that for graduation, I could at least wear the campaign hat with my Army Service Uniform.

You should wear your campaign hat at graduation, it is your assigned head gear. This would be the case if your assigned head gear was a beret, or a red or black baseball cap (rigger or airborne instructor). I was a Drill Sergeant when I went to BNCOC. I was told by my 1SG to wear my campaign hat through out the course, however the commandant requested I remove it until graduation because the other students were looking to me for guidance and answers instead of the instructors. I reluctantly complained, but felt if that was the case maybe the commandant needed instructors who had better command presence.

I echo was had been stated. You should wear your DS hat, as it is your appropriate assigned duty headgear.

As a former DS, I want to extend my congratulations! Wear that brown round with pride, when you walk across that stage.

Show the younger NCOs what right looks like. Give them something to aspire to.

When I was a DS and attended any military schools, I wore my campaign hat as this was my official duty headgear.
