I began in the Army (Reserves) on the split-option program in 1993 while still in high school and went active duty after I graduated high school in 1994. I got injured in AIT was separated in 1995.
After I could show that I'd recovered, I joined the Navy in 1996, ending up on Submarines, and got out in 2002.
Fast forward to now and I'm actually looking to get back into the Army Reserve by the end of next year.
Where did you start, what was your experience like, and where have you ended up?
