Command says they can’t release me from Title 32 orders?

I’m on title 32 orders for the SW boarder mission, I dislocated my shoulder and will have surgery Friday followed by 4-6 months of PT. I am being told I cannot be released from orders under I’m off profile and completed PT. Is this true? They have begun an LOD

Sir, My orders are until 30 Sep and I never intended to extend to be on mission. I have every intention to complete my orders but I would like to go home at the end of my orders. I Will be able to begin PT on 14 Sep. I have had the same injury and surgery on my right shoulder so I do know what I need to do to get better and heal.

If you were injured on active duty, then they can not release you from active duty till you are healed and in the same ship you were went you went on active duty.

Rgr that SGM thanks for the info. They are now discussing sending me to a WTU so we will see what it all ends up being.
