I am currently stationed at Fort SAM for a reclass from my primary MOS. I have orders bring me here and the orders also have my phase 2 site written on the orders with a report that is accurate to when I'm supposed to be there. Can I use those orders to move there or do I have to wait for new orders to be cut in order to move to my phase 2 site since the orders in question moved me to already?

You aren't stationed at Ft Sam, you're on assignment to Phase 2 with TDY enroute at Ft Sam.
Those are your PCS orders. When you finish TDY, you continue on your PCS.

Does this seem like it's correct. I apologize if I'm asking obvious questions no one explained this process to me. They just assumed I knew.

I had one solider in my class that this happened to as well. Make sure you out process the installation you came from. His command and the post said he didn’t have to because it was training and then he ended up having to get extra days in between phase I and II to go out process his last instillation.

Just cause I’m curious, what MOS are you going to? Where is your Phase II site?
